Access Nodered editor through public IP address

Hello , is there any ways for us to access the node red editor through the public/private Ip address ? will the features be implemented ? It would be great if there is an option to do that because I believe it would cater the issues of network connectivity. What are your thoughts ? , Thank You

Hi @annas_dzik

We do not currently provide a way to access the editor on the device via the ‘local’ network - it has to be done via the platform.

That said, this is a feature we’re aware of an is in our backlog to look at. I’ll feedback your interest on this item.

Thanks Nick , its good to know that this issues are in your radar , hopefully this features would be implemented soon enough in the next release because I believe its a major limitations if not able to direct access to the devices , thank you once again :slight_smile:
